If you wish to book a maximum three days staying:
If you wish to cancel your booking, you must tell us at least three days before the date of the arrival and you must comunicate it through e-mail or fax.
If you don't comunicate your booking removal within this term or if you don't arrive at the day of booking (No-Show) you must pay one night staying.
If you wish to book for a staying of more of three days:
If you wish to cancel your booking, you must tell us at least seven days before the date of the arrival and you must comunicate it through e-mail or fax.
If you don't comunicate your booking removal within this term or if you don't arrive at the day of booking (No-Show) you must pay 50% of the whole staying.
For group or for reservation of tre rooms or more, we need an account of 30% of total stay.
If You wish to cancel or change Your reservation, You have to do it 10 days before Your date of arrival, but it's no possible to have a reimbursement of the account.
